A male described as wearing dark clothing wearing and a black snood/hat and carrying a rucksack has been seen on CCTV picking the lock on a door to gain access. A Giant mountain bike and a black laptop bag have been stolen. Argyll Place, Gloucester. Between 01:14hrs and 01:32hrs on 14/09/2026. Incident 131 of 14/09/2026.
